Designed to fit concrete beams between 8" and 14" wide, 8" and 12" tall.  Custom sizes available on request.

The  1" hole spacing on the side allows for two (2)  1/2" anchors on each side splitting the horizontal centerline of the beam to minimize structural impact.
 
Slots in the bottom plate ensure that you can always place your point on center.  
 
The connection bolts are 5/8"-18 Grade 8 Flange Hex Bolts secured with a Grade 8 Serrated Locking Flange Nut.  
 
Hoist ring has a Vertical Capacity of 4000#, WLL of 400# with a 10:1 Safety Factor.  Note- capacity decreases as the load shifts out of the vertical plane to a minimum of VC - 2000#, WLL 200# at 60°.  For standard pulley systems where the angle is 45°, the VC - 2828#, WLL 283#.  Do not exceed 60°.
 
Points are proof tested to 2.5X the WLL (1000#)
 
Concrete anchors are not included.  Unless OTV is contracted to install, the buyer is responsible for installation and any subsequent use after purchase.  We highly recommend consulting with a qualified person to detirmine the structural integrety of the beams that you wish to rig from and the appropriate anchoring system for it.
