Do you ship internationally? 

We will ship internationally, but at this time need you contact us directly to coordinate shipping fees

 

How long does shipping take? 

Unless the product is in stock, please give 3-5 business days for fabrication and, unless specified otherwise by the customer, will ship USPS or FedEx Ground which typically takes 3-5 business days.  Please contact us if you require that your order be expedited (additional fees may apply)

 

Will I be charged for taxes?

No, you will not be blindsided by a random sales tax added on when you try and check out!

RETURNS

What is your returns policy? 

In case of obvious fabrication flaws, please let us know within 7 days of receipt and we will offer you a choice between exchanging for a new one or a full refund.  We will require that the original is sent back to us, we'll cover the shipping fees.  Otherwise, due to the nature of the equipment and the fact that we can't control what happens to it once it leaves the studio, we do not accept any returns beyond what is detailed above.

PAYMENT & WARRANTY

What forms of payments do you accept? 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. Business and personal checks are accepted, but they must clear your bank prior to any equipment being fabricated or shipped  .Cash is also accepted at our studio.

 

What are your warranty terms & conditions?

We guarantee that the equipment you receive will be of the highest quality and intended for use by professionals and instructors in the aerial community.  If I don't have confidence that the product is good enough, you won't find it listed for sale.

     In the case of purchased aerial apparatus, we waive all responsibility for how this equipment is used and assume that those who purchase from equipment from us are knowledgable professionals or will be receiving appropriate training from professional aerial instructors.  Please know that the use of aerial equipment is dangerous and serious or FATAL INJURIES MAY RESULT FROM THE USE OF THIS EQUIPMENT.  It is the end users responsibility to regularly inspect and assess the working condition of all aerial equipment they are using.

     In the case of rigging installations, a warranty agreement will be discussed and negotiated prior to the installation that suits the individual scope or the work.
